“How can I tell what I think till I see what I say?”

Classes and workshops for people who want to get better.

I’ve created classes and workshops for people who want to build the professional skills that are hard to develop alone: introducing yourself, speaking clearly, asking better questions, pitching ideas, and contributing with more confidence. These are the skills that shape how people experience your thinking. Most people are expected to build them in high-stakes moments, when the room already matters. I’ve created somewhere to practise before the moment counts.

The classes are small, live, and designed to help you with real professional moments.

Upcoming Classes

Room Ready

Practice introducing yourself, explaining your work and speaking clearly.

Room Ready is for people who want to feel clearer and more prepared in professional conversations.

This class focuses on the small moments that shape how people understand you: introducing yourself, explaining what you do, answering common questions, joining a conversation, and speaking without over-explaining.

It is useful if you have an interview, event, client meeting, presentation, networking opportunity, new role, or professional transition coming up.

You will practise out loud in a small group, using structured prompts and live feedback.

You will practice:

  • Introducing yourself clearly

  • Explaining what you do without rambling

  • Answering common professional questions

  • Joining a conversation with more ease

  • Noticing your default habits under pressure

  • Building a short, usable version of your professional story

You leave with:

A clearer self-introduction, a more useful way to explain your work, and live practice speaking in everyday professional moments.

Say The Thing

Practice making the point, asking the question and saying what you mean.

Say The Thing is for people who have good ideas, but often soften, delay, over-explain, apologise, or wait too long to contribute.

This class focuses on the professional moments where clarity matters: making a point in a meeting, asking a direct question, naming a concern, contributing an idea, disagreeing respectfully, and recovering when you lose your train of thought.

This is not about becoming louder. It is about becoming clearer and more available to your own thinking while other people are watching.

You will practice:

  • Making a point clearly

  • Asking sharper questions

  • Contributing earlier in a discussion

  • Reducing over-explaining

  • Using cleaner sentence structure

  • Clarifying without over-apologising

  • Recovering when your thoughts scatter

You leave with:

Practical sentence starters, more awareness of your communication habits, and live experience saying the thing instead of circling around it.
